📝 You Would Be a Good Fit If You

•  Recent graduate or studying the last year of a Bachelor's degree and/or non-MBA, advanced degree within the fields of business, engineering, economics, finance or psychology

• Excellent written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to work independently 
• Proficiency in Microsoft XLS and PPT 
• Fluency in both in Spanish and English. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus!
• Interest in the digital startup ecosystem and the field of mental health

🧑‍💻 What You Will Do 

• Identify and size impact of growth opportunities by conducting qualitative multi-dimensional analysis
• Present insights derived from research to key stakeholders
• Analyse projects requirements to define the scope of the project and draft implementation plan 
• Assist with end-to-end implementation of initiative across functions, overseeing roadmap completion, anticipating road 
• Gain a deep understanding of all company functions (Ops, Mkt, IT, etc.) to efficiently push forwards company-wide key priorities
