📝 You Would Be a Good Fit If You

• Recent graduate or studying the last year of a Bachelor’s degree and/or non-MBA, advanced degree within the fields of business, human resources, economics, psychology or related careers
• Motivated person with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Detail-oriented, team spirit and collaboration skills
• Creativity and good communication skills
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• High Knowledge in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Interest in the digital startup ecosystem and the field of mental health
• Identify with our values

🧑‍💻 What You Will Do

• Support to employees in day-to-day issues related to human resources, for example, holidays, corrections to working hours, etc
• Support in HR initiatives and events
• Support the team with recruitment and onboarding activities and processes linked to our Employee Journey
• Post and update job ads on a wide range of media sources (e.g., websites, universities, social media, etc.)
• Supporting recruiters in the proactive search for candidates
• Support in administrative tasks of the department (Communications, control and update of employee data in our HR Management Systems)
• Manage all company benefits to ensure the well-being of our employees
• Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes
• Support the department in any other activity related to the position that is not mentioned in the previous points
